1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing the AiXTN browser extension or accessing the AiXTN website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use AiXTN.

2. Description of Service

AiXTN is a browser productivity extension that allows users to organise bookmarks and URLs into workspaces, use AI to generate workspace content, and sync data across devices. We offer a Free tier and a Pro subscription tier.

3. User Accounts

  • You must use a valid Google account to access sync and AI features.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.
  • You may not use AiXTN for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Pro Subscription

Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. Payment is processed securely by Dodo Payments. By subscribing, you authorise Dodo Payments to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Contact us to request a refund.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use AiXTN to store or share illegal content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or abuse the AI API
  • Share or resell your Pro subscription with others
  • Use automated scripts to generate excessive AI requests

6. Intellectual Property

All workspace data you create is yours. AiXTN claims no ownership over your bookmarks, workspaces, or any data you create using the service. The AiXTN brand, logo, and code are owned by the creators of AiXTN.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

AiXTN is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be available 100% of the time, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiXTN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of AiXTN after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the extension or email.
